Erica Taylor was great to work with. Whenever we needed something (question/concern) she responded within a timely manner. If she wasn't available then she'd have someone back her up to accommodate us. Her expert advice allowed us to make comfortable decisions for ourselves. Added perks graciously offered by her were amazing as well. I would work with Erica again!

It is with great pleasure that I share my travel experience with Erica. She is AMAZING!!!! However, I must reflect on the beginning stages of planning our group trip. While working with another agent, the frustration I and others in our group experienced was at times truly overwhelming. Not knowing for certain if proper arrangements were attended to, and where certain finances were for our trip, my/our experience with the other agent was not good at all. Then along came ERICA!!!! Our travel SUPERHERO. The lines of communication and her consistency in making certain this would be the best trip ever for our group, was on POINT. From her communicating with the resort, suggestions on airlines, to planning our excursion, Erica "IS THE BEST OF THE BEST"! When I plan to travel again, I will most definitely reach out to her and I highly recommend my friends and others use her as well.
